Our 12-Day Return Window

You have 12 calendar days​ from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.

Conditions for Return (Strict Hygiene Policy)

Due to the personal nature of sleepwear, all returns must adhere to strict hygiene standards:

1. Unworn & Unwashed:​ Items must be in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition.

2. Intact Hygiene Seal:​ All sleepwear must have the original protective hygiene strip/lining fully intact. Items with removed, damaged, or missing seals will be rejected and returned to the sender.

3. Original Packaging:​ Items must be returned in their original packaging, including branded dust bags or boxes.

4. Proof of Purchase:​ A valid order number or receipt is required.

How to Start a Return

1. Contact our support team at with your order number and reason for return.

2. We will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization ​ number within 24 hours.

3. Ship your return back to us using the provided instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your item (typically 3–5 business days), we will notify you of the approval status.

• Approved Refunds:​ Funds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the right fit is to return your item for a refund and place a new order. However, if you prefer an exchange, please specify the desired size in your return request.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days​ (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST will be processed the following business day.

Tracking

A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order leaves our warehouse. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking link to activate.
