Conditions for Return (Strict Hygiene Policy)
Due to the personal nature of sleepwear, all returns must adhere to strict hygiene standards:
Unworn & Unwashed: Items must be in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition.
Intact Hygiene Seal: All sleepwear must have the original protective hygiene strip/lining fully intact. Items with removed, damaged, or missing seals will be rejected and returned to the sender.
Original Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging, including branded dust bags or boxes.
Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required.

How to Start a Return
